WIRSUNG 2026

PRESENTATION
Wirsung 2026 aims to offer a comprehensive and forward-looking view of pancreatic diseases through a truly multidisciplinary lens, bringing together leading voices in research and clinical care. Instead of separating disciplines into isolated sessions, the congress embraces an integrated format: each topic will be addressed from multiple, complementary perspectives – scientific, diagnostic, and therapeutic – within a single thematic frame.
Organized by Wirsung APS, a non-profit association committed to advancing pancreatic research, the event will unfold over two full days at the prestigious Archivio Antico of Palazzo Bo and the Aula Morgagni at the University Hospital of Padua.
The program will feature high-level scientific sessions, interactive discussions, case-based presentations, and a keynote lecture by a world-renowned expert. By aligning expertise across traditionally distinct fields, Wirsung 2026 promotes dialogue, innovation, and a deeper understanding of one of the most complex areas in medicine.
This is more than a congress – it is a platform to shape the future of pancreatic care through shared knowledge and collaborative thinking.
