PRESTAZIONI AVANZATE E/O DI NICCHIA

• Trattamento chirurgico del tumore del polmone, inclusi i trattamenti oncologici multimodali ed il tumore polmonare in stadio localmente avanzato;
• Trattamento chirurgico del mesotelioma pleurico maligno, nell’ambito di protocolli di trattamento multimodali;
• Trattamento chirurgico delle patologie timiche, incluse le neoplasie del timo e le patologie benigne (miastenia gravis).
• Chirurgia mini-invasiva delle patologie polmonari (incluso il tumore del polmone), pleuriche e del mediastino. Attualmente, la maggioranza dell’attività chirurgica della UOC di Chirurgia Toracica viene effettuata attraverso un approccio mini-invasivo video-assistito (VATS), o robot-assistito (chirurgia robotica o RATS);
• Il trapianto di polmone per le patologie respiratorie croniche in stadio avanzato (enfisema polmonare, fibrosi cistica, fibrosi polmonare idiopatica ed altre interstiziopatie, ipertensione polmonare);
• Trattamento chirurgico delle patologie della trachea e dei bronchi (stenosi tracheale o laringo-tracheale, neoplasie tracheali, fistole tracheo-esofagee);
• Trattamento di deformità della parete toracica e delle neoplasie della parete toracica;
• Utilizzo della sala operatoria ibrida per la marcatura TC-guidata dei noduli polmonari;
• Chirurgia delle metastasi polmonari, inclusi trattamenti integrati e le resezioni multiple mediante laser;
• Chirurgia diagnostica delle interstiziopatie polmonari, anche mediante approcci anestesiologici mini-invasivi (senza l’utilizzo dell’intubazione oro-tracheale).
• Trattamento chirurgico dello pneumotorace;
• Trattamento chirurgico dell’empiema pleurico;
• Resezioni polmonari con risparmio di parenchima (segmentectomie) mediante l’utilizzo di tecnologie avanzate, quali le ricostruzioni 3D per la pianificazione pre-operatoria e l’imaging di fluorescenza (verde di indocianina) per la visualizzazione intraoperatoria;
